I am going to this one as enjoyed it last year, apart from the weather Shocked

are we booking as a club to take advantage of free entry tickets

They say they have improved the layout with more showers and toilets and camp where you like areas

Hopefully every one has got their id bands & passes. Just realised that the passes & Display tickets have names on the back, should'nt be a problem as long as we have all got them.

Meeting arrangement for Friday convoy to Camper & Bus at Eastnor castle:

Can we suggest meeting at the retail park in Marlborough (Bertie Mafoons cycle shop) gathering from 09:30 aiming to leave at 10:00
As there is plenty of parking, coffee at Bertie's coffee shop, petrol station & Budgens & Tesco's all next door too

John will be arriving on the morning ferry, so he will be with us. so Daz, Owen Robbie, shall we all go together on Friday morning to arrive around lunchtime? It'll probably be just a couple of hours from Marlborough.

Guys, do you think I should bring the big club BBQ to C&B next weekend.

Might need to offload an awning or two when we get to Marlborough, but happy to bring charcoal and lighter fuel and then let everyone know if you think its a good communal idea??

Ok guys, spread the word. We'll meet at Bertie Mafoons as on here...
And I'll bring both Coleman shelters, club flag and the club BBQ.
Owen will you bring another big table as usual?

Bring your BBQ treats to cook and I'll make sure we have a hot BBQ ready for one or both nights for us to cook on.

Getting excited now.

Helen in KG, John, Daz and I will all be there. Robbie, Kate and Owen are you meeting up with us to convoy?

Well the Andover posse are all back safely, hope everyone reached their final destinations and that they all enjoyed the weekend as much as we did. thanks for the company and all the laughs....... It was a happy and relaxing hot weekend.
Camper & Bus was great yet again and the covoys to & from the show were awesom to be part of.
Will look at getting some photos up tomorrow
