Greetings

Hi everybody. Just joined the club, and forum, as I've just bought myself a '68 1300 bug as a resto project!



I'm based in Andover, and thought as the bug is going to take up a lot of my time, what better place to ask my stupid questions, than somewhere where there may be 'local' answers!!

As an aside, I'm also a part time airbrush artist, so if anyone ever needs anything of the sort, give me a shout and I'll direct you to my website for examples of my work, as putting a link up to it in my first post, is a bit cheeky!!!

Hi there and welcome to the club, nice to see a beetle for a change don't see so many of them any more . What are your plans for it? it looks like it has had a bit of a cal look in the past.

Yep, staying in that theme, but with a different coat of paint, and some trick airbrushing!!! :-)

Welcome on board, no such thing as a silly qs about vws ask me how i know, i have started with knowing nothing and probably dont know a lot but forums are great and folks ever so helpful, ask away and let us know about the build, and air brushing, could be interested in something small is for my bus.

Owning a Vw is a learning curve, there is always someone on here who will have an answer to the "silly questions"
