Many thanks to everyone who took time to pass onto us all when travelling down to Vicky Farm and with reference to Stanford Hall being Cancelled, info and your time was very much appreciated in phoning us and texting.

As far as the weekend went it was Good but there was a few issues of breaking down, Hospital visits, freezing cold ( some of us ) some have heat Rash with the heat in their tent being on high all night ha ha.

My starter Motor packed in as i unloaded the bus outside the garage so had to push it all of the length of the garage, If anyone has a spare for sale. 12v then let me know, all in all we had a really nice time.

PASSING OF INFO ON STANFORD HALL Empty Vicky Farm 2012

Post by Erna & David Mon May 07 2012, 15:05

The A.K. hard core campers arrived back last night after a up and down weekend, the ups being away with fellow members having a laugh, comunial breakfasts, cb breather tower, a couple of 15inch slotted rims, and the nice man from the AA. who was impressed with the new wiring apart from the odd connection causing lack of power to the fuel pump.Embarassed

The downs being the weather, washing Joe,s jeans 3 times, Joe,s visit to the hospital and no convoy to Stanford.

Yes we were toasting in our bell tent... www.belltent.co.uk 5 metres Delux Bell tent and sleeping on our Intex Queen size Pillow Rest Airbed...only-airbeds.co.uk for those interested parties;) you know who you are. . And thanks again for Tania for your hindsight for booking up the electric hookup all those weeks ago for us,Very Happy it was fantastic and we did have to turn the heat down as we were getting abit uncomfortable with the all that heat.

Thanks for Ron and Linda for traveling back home(nice speed) with us and everyone in helping packing away our kit. Erna and David
