Treasure hunt & bbq for the May club meet - Sat 19th May

To coincide with the may club meet kev is having a birthday bbq on sat 19th of may for the ak crew.
We also want to organise a treaure hunt for everyone to finish at kevs house and after the treasure hunt the bbq will start. There is a green opposite kevs house people could park their vans on and stay in for the night if people want a few beers at the bbq.

The bbq is happening anyway but we would like to gauge interest on the treasure hunt as it will take a lot of organising! We would love to do it for the club it will be a bit different to the normal club meets and would love as many people to take part.
Please post up if youd be up for it and if you have any sugestions or ideas!

Hi everyone would it be possible to have a list of who is coming to the BBQ so I can get enough food and don't worry I'm not cooking the parents are and has any one got any weird food allergies or fussy like me. Yes Michelle there will be roasties.

Yep is there a plan yet guys aka treasure hunt and BBQ do you what sort of times were looking at just I have been asked to work Saturday so want to know if I can do it or not before . . . Kev can you put your address in the members only section contacts so we know where we going . . . cheers

The plan is to be at kevs place for 12 ready for the treasure hunt to start at 1230. The BBQ will begin after the treasure hunt at approximately 3.

A point we need to make is it's going to be a photo treasure hunt. There will be no physical clues as such to find at the locations but we will need a photo of the participating vehicle or if this is not possible the other team mate(s) at the location.

Because of this everyone will need a way of taking a photo, we will only need to see the photo, no need to connect to a computer or print them off,so a camera phone or small digital camera will be fine!
Me and kev will judge the photos at the end judges decision is FINAL!!!
Kevs gonna put his address in the club members area cant wait to see you all there!
