Volksworld Show Report

Well great day on Saturday, gobsmacked at some of the vehicles there, weather was great, not so many people i thought on previous Saturdays though, bought spare throttle,clutch cables, manage to barter on a early sunvisor,new engine rubber seal and a pair of sore feet.
What did everyone else buy.... just being nosey. David

We left the house at 8.30 but we got stuck in a traffic jam for over an hour we did not get in till 11.00 and had to park in the over flow. Alex got two shocks, A Mat for the front plus two red lap belts.

Had a great day, thought the new layout was much better and lots of fantastic cars on show. . . didn't really buy anything other than our Big Bang tickets and an oil cooler but did plenty of browsing . . . here's a few pics

Great pics Daz! Had a wicked time at volksworld but a bit annoyed i didnt look at stuff as much as id like! I could have looked at the csp ghia all day. It won a well deserved best of show. Bought the obligitry stickers and big bang and european bug in tickets!

had a awesome time at volksworld! totally different show to every other show ive been too! bought a few little bits for the bug like a new door handle, some caster shims and some other little bits and bobs!

Had a great day at Volksworld, although a rather short one as we were quite late, ooops. Fantastic weather made up for it though. Rather busy indoors (as always) and got to the autojumble too late and most stuff had been packed away, disappointing.

I bought; stickers, a hog roast baguette (mmmmm), more stickers, a vintage suitcase, some travel stickers and few consumables (points etc) and some stickers. Cheers for the bug toy Liam, the nephews will love it.

The suitcase will become my front sound system incorporating a pair of Rockford Fosgate 6x9s. Will post a little photographic 'how to' thread if I can actually work out how to do it over the next few weeks!

Good to see you guys there, parked close to Scruffs Jager-bug in the car park too.
