Wheels

Finally managed to get my steel wheels down to Tiverton to be Banded and powder coated, Should be back in a weeks time with any luck, other progress on the car, got new one piece window scrapers as didn't like the way the old ones fitted. New ones are still a paint in the arse to fit, Hoping to get it MOT'd when I get back off holiday in a weeks time and then fingers crossed will bring it to the next meet.

Be good to see just back today ourselves ...

Picked up wheels today, looking good, just need to get tyres fitted next week then can get them on car and then see how long the car will go.

Fingers crossed no more scrubbing on arches :D

Hi All,

Finally got my new wheels fitted today, just waiting for the VW logo on the hub caps to be coloured, then will be finished.

Needs to get the vehicle lowered again now, adjust front beam back down as far as it will go and then drop the rear maybe one spline??

what do you think?

Running 195/55/15 on rears and 175/55/15 on front
