Help at your workshop

Hi Liam / Kev

Was wondering if the following could get some help at the workshop next weekend ( Saturday ) Me needs a starter motor changing and Keith, Dave needs his front beam raised, and Alex is coming along to check out some Electrics on my bus and Keiths, the reason for help is the Knowledge and Equipment as i would like to feel safe under my bus when Jacked up rather than with my dodgy gear, If its difficult for Saturday then no worries i will see if we can pop over to Keiths Saturday and have it done there, Thats if Keth has found a starter motor.

Ref timings for worksop this Saturday, had a few issues today with Tyre fitter so my fault i will be late on Saturday morning, spoke to Dave today and will be good if all those going, Ron, Dave, Kev, Keith? Alex ?, Meet at Daves for 12 ish and aim to be at the workshop for 1pm, should be enough time to get all jobs done but main job is Daves front beam me thinks, all hands and those with the know how welcome, KEV, if there is a postcode for the workshop then could you post in members area , IF OK, so others who want to come along at Leisure.

Any probs then Post ASAP.

Found some really nice lights to fit on my Bus Dave ?? nudge nudge wink wink.

12 at daves is good for me get a lye in. Haven't got a post code for workshop if there's any one who wants to come down after they could ring one of us down there for directions.

Hi Ron, see you around 12, maybe head up to Larkhill way, as no doubt Stonehenge will be snared up.
Think the priority is getting the starter up and running on yours first and see what time is left.
Have to take some advice on how to get the bus up the ramp in front of entrance me thinks. KEV

We have got a roof on the workshop

Its a posh one then Liam, cheers mate, hope the new job still going good, happy days eh.

New back tyres fitted, no rain so far so looking good for the workshop, will be going to Keiths for 10.30 ish and then onto Daves and then onto workshop, lets hope we get all thats needed done.

Many thanks for the help today in using the Facilities of the workshop, help a great deal, I am not the only one with other issues with electrics, sadly could not get Daves bus to workshop to do his beam and Keith still has a gremlin with starting his bus, its now down to elimination but hope Dave and Keith get on the road soon as poss.

well at least now i know how to change a starter motor with the engine in situ and has made a huge difference as the motor that came out was a bag of worms with black tape round the solenoid seal.

Hi Ron, no problem with helping you out, but prefer something stronger than beer , thanks for guys for letting us loose in their garage.
Sat down and thought things through when i got home regards engine, and then worked it out and then felt sick
Catch up soon when feeling better. David
