How long? V5 and agreed value

Evening,

How Long does it take for a v5 to come through in the post? We've had the van for 3 weeks now and still no V5 come through.

Also how long does it take for the insurance company to agree a value?

bought a car in march just had the V5 through think they are in the process of replacing . the V5's which has slowed things up although the previous owner had assured me he had sent it off to them I had just about given up and was about to contact Swansea to see what has happened when it came through the other day. owen

V5 doesnt usually take too long would give it another week then contact the DVLA.

Agreed value depends on the company they usually required photos but no harm in given them a call to ensure they have everything.

Hi Steve my V5 took ages, as for the aggred value depends on your insurance ours took ages. not happy with our insurance. next time will go with someone else cos the aggred value was a nightmare they did not agree with ssvc valuaition. Hopefully yours will be better though. Tania

Or the v5 just waiting on the agreed value now! Been told by the insurance it can take up to 30 days!
