The New VW Beetle 2011

At the Frankfurt Motor Show (15 – 25 September) Volkswagen are showing two new vehicles as world premieres that are based on the new forthcoming 21^st Century Beetle. The Beetle R Concept follows in the tyre marks of the Golf R and Scirocco R. Featuring 20-inch alloys and modified front and rear bumpers, wider wings/fenders and nappa leather
upholstery it shows how the Beetle can look as a sports car.

The Beetle Fender is the first car in Europe that can be ordered with a sound system by the guitar and amplifier producer Fender. Now, at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Volkswagen is presenting a concept car that can be interpreted as a tribute to the legendary US company: the exclusive Beetle Fender with a customised look and features such as a sound system interface for connecting the electric guitar.

Volkswagen have also released images of the forthcoming Beetle Collection range of clothing and accessories for the next generation Beetle and will be available to order at Volkswagen retailers.
